An international hospitality property in Sapporo is hiring a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and guest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel operations during assigned shifts
- Support front office and operational departments
- Respond to guest concerns and operational issues
- Ensure service quality standards are maintained
- Prepare operational reports as needed
Requirements
- Previous hotel operations experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- JLPT N2 or above required
Compensation
¥3.8M annual salary
