A globally recognized international hotel is seeking experienced Sales Managers to join its commercial team in Sapporo. This position focuses on developing corporate and travel industry business while supporting overall revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and travel industry clients
- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Support hotel revenue and sales initiatives
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
Requirements
- Previous hotel sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Bilingual Japanese/English
Compensation
¥4.2M annual salary
Up to ¥5.4M for Cluster Sales Manager-level candidates
