We are FarmCaravan, an international company that connects workers with farms all across Japan. Our mission is to support local farms and help preserve the traditions of rural Japan.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic people to join the seedling and harvest season in Kyowacho, Hokkaido, from late April til late September
If you’re ready for hard work, enjoy nature, and want to be part of Japan’s farming life, this opportunity is for you!
Job Description:
• Accommodation in a shared house with other FarmCaravan members.
• Work: 8 hours per day, ¥1,100 per hour.
• 5–6 days a week, depending on the farmer and the weather.
Watermelon and melon Farm Job
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid work permit for Japan (Working Holiday Visa, Permanent Residency, or Specified Skills Visa in agriculture).
• Must currently be in Japan or provide proof of a flight ticket to Japan.
Benefits:
• Shared House: ¥20,000 per month, private room (all included).
• Support available in Spanish or English.
• No health, labor, or pension insurance deductions, as you will be working for a family-owned farm. Only income tax applies.
